• Wear Costumes to Practice 2/17-19:
  All dancers wear their costumes to practice this week. They don't need hair and make-up this week- only costumes.  
   

• 2/26 Dress Rehearsal for February Recital
  Dress rehearsal for all dancers will be held on Thursday, Feb, 26 at Mid-Valley Performing Arts Center in Taylorsville. Dancers arrive performance-ready in full costume, hair and make-up. If your dancer is in multiple dances, please review the line-up to know which costume they arrive in.

  Dress Rehearsal Times:
  - All Competition Teams: 5:00-8:00 p.m.
  - Dance Combo Ages 4-6 class: 5:45-6:45 p.m.
  - All Classes Ages 7+: 5:45-8:00 
  
  Drop off & Pick-Up:
  - Drop off at Stage Door (east side, back of building)
  - Pick up at the main entrance (north side) after rehearsal
  
  *Note: there are no practices at the studio this week, only dress rehearsal and recital. 
   

• 2/28 February Recital
  Our Dance Crew recital will be held on Saturday, Feb. 28 at Mid-Valley Performing Arts Center in Taylorsville. Friends and family will not want to miss it! Dancers arrive performance-ready in full costume, hair and make-up.
  
  Drop off dancers at Stage Door (east side back of building) for check-in.
  
  Arrival Times:
  4:00 - Classes Ages 7+ and all Competition Teams
  5:15 -  Dance Combo Ages 4-6 class
  5:45 - Doors open for audience
  6:00 - Showtime!
  
  The show runs about 60 minutes, Dancers will stay backstage for the full performance and reunite with parents in the lobby afterward.
   

• Recital Tickets - Reserve by 2/10:
  8 ticket limit through 2/10
  Admission is free; however, each attendee must have a ticket. All tickets are reserved through ArtTix using the link below. 
  
  Each dancer may reserve up to 8 tickets from now through February 10. Beginning February 11, the ticket limit will be lifted and family and friends may return to the site to reserve additional tickets until all seats are full. 
  
  Seats fill up quickly after the limit is lifted, so please be sure to reserve your up to 8 seats by February 10.

• Competitions Dates: Dancers will need to be available the entire day on the 3 Saturdays listed below. (Solos, duets and trios compete on the Fridays before team competitions) 
  
  - March 14 - Artist Awards Competition at Kingsbury Hall, SLC 
  
  - March 21- Dare 2 Dance Competition at Taylorsville High School
  *Solos and duets will be competing at Amplify Dance Competition Friday evening, then teams on Saturday at Dare 2 Dance at Taylorsville High. 
  
  - April 18 - Aspire Dance Competition at Granger High School 
  
  *We selected competitions that avoid both Salt Lake and Davis School District's spring breaks - because these spring breaks are on different weeks, we will still be holding practice during both weeks. If your dancer needs to use one of their 3 absences allowed for the season on Spring Break, they are free to do so, but please let us know with as much notice as possible.
